Use the official WhatsApp Cloud API by Meta — no third-party BSP required.

Prerequisites

  • A Meta Business account (verified for production).
  • A phone number provisioned for WhatsApp Cloud API.
  • A Meta App with the WhatsApp product added.

What to copy

  • App ID + App Secret
  • Phone Number ID (from WhatsApp → API setup)
  • WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID
  • A permanent system user token (recommended — temporary tokens expire in 24h)
  • A verify token (you make this up)
